1. Information we collect
When you create an account, book a session, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in messages or session bookings (such as service type and preferred time). Session content itself is never recorded.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To process bookings and connect you with a therapist
- To send booking confirmations and session reminders
- To respond to messages sent through our contact form
3. How we store it
Account and booking data is stored with reputable third-party infrastructure providers using encryption in transit. Authentication is handled by a dedicated identity provider (Clerk); we never see or store your password directly.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for sign-in and keeping you securely logged in, plus one cookie that remembers your language preference. We don't currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (for example, GDPR for users in Europe).
6. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including for authentication, database hosting, email delivery and (once enabled) payment processing. Each is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
7. Children's privacy
Our teen counselling path is intended to be used with a parent or guardian's knowledge and involvement. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date above.
