About us
Rooted in understanding.
Safe Space is an online therapy clinic serving patients across the Middle East and Europe — built around one idea: therapy shouldn't ask you to translate yourself first.
Our story
Safe Space was founded to close a gap many people feel but rarely say out loud: that good therapy and cultural understanding shouldn't be a trade-off. Too often, people looking for support have to choose between a therapist who understands their language and faith, and one who's actually qualified — or they settle for neither, and stay quiet instead.
We built Safe Space to remove that choice. Every therapist on our platform is licensed and credentialed, and matched with an understanding of your language, culture, and — where it matters to you — your faith. Sessions happen entirely online, in English, العربية, or Français, on your schedule and your terms.
What we believe
- Understanding first. Your therapist should never require you to explain your culture before you can explain your feelings.
- Privacy, always. Sessions are encrypted, never recorded, and yours alone.
- Faith is respected, never assumed. Faith-integrated counselling is available on every path — only when you want it.
- You set the pace. Pause, switch therapists, or stop at any time.
Who we work with
Our therapists are licensed clinical psychologists and counsellors specialising in individual, couples, family, teen, and group therapy — vetted, credentialed, and bound by strict confidentiality before they ever see a patient.
